DELICIOUS Fruit Smoothie Recipe (3 INGREDIENTS)
-
You're gonna get some raw yogurt and fill an 6-8oz oster blender to about the 3/7 mark so a bit below half.

Then you're gonna add in 3.5oz of banana

Then you're gonna fill it the rest of the way with your fruit of choice, frozen if u want a stronger taste for the fruit, i added 1 unfrozen peach personally.I don't have an image of it w the peach but i just added it in and filled it the rest of the way
This is what it looked like

It's not optimal ofc but super smoothie-like and very delicious and simple. I will experiment with adding eggs in the future.
