    Hi this is my first post just wanted to ask around what cuts of meat you guys most enjoy. I myself like to buy whole pichania I like the ratio of fats to muscle, trying to eat more diverse cuts what yall reccomend 🙂

      Just anything with as much fats as possible.

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

        @Hunterskull yeah it tastes the best and actually gives energy, reason why i hate chicken is that it has hardly any fat

          @shivers9622 i heared chicken fat isn’t nearly as optimal as ruminant animal fats it’s pretty high in pufas

              For muscle meat cuts, ribs is good for fat.

              For any meat, brain and bone marrow has the most fats.

              Brain being 60-80% fat and bone marrow being 70-80% fat.

                  That is true. With raw butter you can also get good amounts of fat. But fatty meat is still much better than lean meat.
