why did aajonus put emphasis on unripe fruits like pinrapple and banana?

      They have a good amount of enzymes

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

        More enzymes and less sugar and you eat it with fat

          above + less sugar. He cites a story about ripe bananas causing silverbacks to go on an insane killing spree of every mammal around for several hours (potentially days, iirc). He speculates they (ripened fruits) might have mind altering effects on us as well, and so it'd be in our best interest to eat before they ripen.

                @Hunterskull dont they also have more insoluble fiber compared to ripe fruits which would mean alot of the enzymes and benefits are trapped. for example an unripe pineapple would have more tougher, resistant fiber compared to it being fully ripe where its more centralized/concentrated in the core of the fruit, same goes with a banana.
