Staring at the sun has no benefits compared to being outside and looking at the daylight. Staring at the sunset and sunrise is good tho.

Why stare the sun when it's not rising or setting? The solar eclipse happens around afternoon to evening where the sun is still emitting high UV, there's not much benefit to that and just damages your retinas

i sungazed at 1pm and got solar retinopathy (black dot in my eye) the doctor said it will be forever, i didnt listen to him and instead ate alot of liver, cut out artificial lights and sungazed at sunsets and it went away after 3 days, i called the doctor and he said he never seen this before and he said i shouldnt listen to ppl on the internet and listen to doctors even tho i just told him my method worked lolllll they are so retarded and brainwashed
