I have not informed myself much on the Ray Peat diet, but it‘s obviously unavoidable if you‘re on primal tiktok. 1st of all is it viable? Because they drink a lot of processed stuff as coke and candy and also promote complex carbohydrates such as rice, right? Almost seems like sb is pushing this to lure ppl away from the real Primal Diet, no? Or is that just a crazy conspiracy theory

ray peat is misunderstood alot from tiktok with little kids seeing sugar is good and simplifying it to all candy
he doesnt really have a diet rather a principle of being more metabolic as energy is found at all levels
he promoted mexican coke which was made with cane sugar and said it was healthier than the processed u.s slop variant
id say hes not as terrible as tiktok makes him out to be but still not all that healthy
