@Hunterskull I’m too lazy rn to write it all out, but eating bones = you give the exact material of bone your body needs to make bones, which without it must undergo a lengthy conversation process

@Elliott87 You mean bone marrow? you can't eat bones.

If your eating it cooked than i assume you mean bone marrow or bone broth, those have their benefits but i don think its the same as raw milk. Same for the bones themselves i dont think it has the same upsides as the raw milk, its still good but simply not comparable imo.
Dont eat it raw tho, you will actually get super sick. I can almost promise you your body aint adapted enough yet. -

Eating some bones is very beneficial to the skeletal integrity. I have found that bone conditions respond more rapidly on my diet when fresh bones are included. Because of slow digestion of bone, I found that it is wise to consume no more than a ping pong ball-sized amount per day. Some people have been able to digest and utilize more for short periods and many can only digest and utilize less. As you do, I regularly consume chicken and fish bones. -

@elliott85 Only bones I did eat was chicken bones and a piece of goat bone.
