Go 100% raw and i'd personally recommend a ketogenic raw carnivore diet but with the following: EMPHASIS ON MOLDY BERRIES AND HIGH MEAT, MOST IMPORTANT ONES, and do some carrot juice, raw unsalted cheese trains, raw coconut cream, hot baths, fermented raw milk, fermented sugarcane juice, lube. Look at the guy who posted about his 50 vaccines follow everything i put there and it should work. Don't take meds no matter what, adhd can also be caused by vaccines so do vaccine formula and follow everything else there too.
