    @Duta-M
    Just consume lots of raw dairy and raw meat with alot of fat.

    Don't refrigerate the milk if you want to keep most of the growth hormones.

    @Hunterskull Hmm my friend. I will have to implement some fats in my diet. The butcher rarely has yellow beef fat. I could try getting some raw bone marrow from her, but the quantity of the bone marrow is pretty small. Might have to look for a butter source in the end. All I have is raw cream and raw eggs as fat sources.

      I am currently 175-176 cm at 15 years old and 6 months. My dad is 172 cm and my mom is 170cm. What raw foods should be consumed to grow taller? I drink raw milk, sometimes raw meat, raw liver and raw eggs. I heard that bone marrow is also good. Anyone knows some ball knowledge foods to grow taller during puberty?

      @Duta-M smash at least 3L raw milk everyday, throughout the day. Don't refrigerate it, just put it in glass and let it clabber to drink as kefir

              @RuskinPrimal I usually do 1 L. I also like drinking water ( I know its not optiamal but I need something to cleanse my mouth with). I will have to down like 600ml of raw milk that started tasting like alcohol this night.

                @Duta-M

                Height = raw milk (bonus if goat milk or COLOSTRUM) (p.s. unrefrigerated eggs also have growth hormones), royal jelly

                Bones = what i said earlier

                Iq maxx: brain #1 , followed by royal jelly

                  @legendarykennen Hmmm Thank you... Will have to stop refrigerating my eggs then. They're high quality. The butcher has her own chickens and she sells the eggs from them. Super orange yolks . I wanted to try brain but It's one of the organs that I am not so sure about consuming. I do however eat raw liver with no problem, it even has some blood left in it from the slaughtering process, a great sign in my opinion.

                    @Duta-M that sucks cause raw cream and meat together is a big nono. But you can make butter from raw cream very easily.

                    Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

                      @Duta-M "Associations of circulating insulin-like growth factor-I with intake of dietary proteins and other macronutrients"

                      Study showing postive coralation between eating a diet filled with dietary protein (espacially milk protein) and IGF-1 levels. This would be even higher with raw dairy as it has more nutrients. But tbh if ur 15 you should get ur bone scan done to see your bone age and if your growth plates are still open, Ik its kinda controversial on this sphere but if ur bone age is poor and growth plates are about to close, please blast hgh or some aromatase inhibitor before its to late, i'm the same height at 16 and my growth plates are almost closed.

                      Quit your job and sit in the sun.
