Colostrum is so hard to find in my area. Therefore I never had it.
"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Dunno. I had it fermented and it was very good. It was so satiating. Maybe I grew half a cm from the 8 liters of colostrum I bought. Colostrum is the best thing to get if you wanna grow.
Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
