@Jennifercheck yeah lube formula is very detoxifying. Have raw unsalted cheese 10 min before (a small piece)

@Jennifercheck Lube formula has literally been one of the best drinks i have ever tasted? I guess if its the taste of butter you don't like you can use raw coconut cream as a substitute, but still the butter is a better option for health.

@Jennifercheck the body dumps toxins into the digestive tract when you eat (especially a fatty meal) so you will get nauseous. You can combat this by eating raw unsalted cheese because it is dry and all enzymes are removed. The reason for this is because you have been vaccinated and the body uses the lube formula to get rid of the toxins. If you don't have the raw unsalted cheese the the toxins will react with the food and recycled into the bloodstream. Aajonus had a client who made 7 times more progress in a year than his regular client just because he was doing cheese trains everyday.

@primordialeats you could just have a sugar sized cube 10 min before you eat a meal. But you could also eat a more substantial ammount like 250g/0.5lbs through out the entire day everyday. So have a piece of cheese every 15-20-60 minutes and make sure it's hard cheese. Don't eat the the mold on the cheese because you will force a strong detox that you can't handle. Don't store it in jars because you don't want it to ferment. Let it breathe and get drier.

@primordialeats separate the whey from the cheese. If all the cheese mass goes to the top then you can just scoop it out. I use a cheese cloth and press out the liquid for 5 minutes and then let it hang for a couple of hours until most of the whey I'd gone but I don't like using it for too long. Then I put the cheese mass on a plate and just let it dry until it gets hard but using a cheese press would be better but I am just lazy. Your cheese will dry faster if you dont put it in the fridge. Also you can press your fingertips on the cheese mass and move it around. It will get messy and ugly but the surface area will increase and the cheese will dry faster.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@primordialeats yeah you can just scrape the cheese if it was packaged in plastic. and I forgot to mention but cheese will grow mold in a dark place so it's best to store it in the sun. I'd want as much airflow as possible when drying the cheese also so placing it outside is the best

@elliott85 I made my lube formula normally yesterday without adding water but i poured the half of it in a glass cup and then diluted it with water, i wanted to do that to make it easier for me to drink and nfade the taste of the luba formula, but i think the problem was in me putting too little lemon juice and not giving some time for the lemon juice to work in the lube formula
