Be careful with storebought coconut water

Many of you may already know this, but the majority of storebought coconut water is pasteurized. I dont need to explain why that's bad.
The only way you can know for certain if storebought coconut water is raw and unpasteurized is if the color of the liquid in the bottle is pink. If its in a bottle or anything besides a coconut and its not pink, its pasteurized.
This is because the enzymes and antioxidants that turn pink when exposed to air are destroyed when heat is applied.
Do not be fooled by big coconut. If its not in a coconut and its not pink, IT HAS BEEN PASTEURIZED.
Also unpasteurized/pink coconut water literally tastes 1,000x better than shitty ass shit like vita coco
