ive literally been gorging on watermelon nonstop ive gone through two small seedless (yes yes i know theyre infertile) watermelons in the past 4 days and ngl ive even been drinking a shit ton of water like 1-5 cups per day and ive had an insatiable thirst for milk as well not just water.

i always feel like such fucking shit after eating a lot of watermelon but especially feel like super shitty after drinking water and kind of for milk too. Whenever I drink water i always get such dry chapped lips and become so dehydrated and i feel bad after chugging milk too.

        help me somebody pleaseeeeeee

                    1. Stop Gorging on the Watermelon "Heart"

While you are craving watermelon for its hydrating properties, gorging on it (especially the sweet center) is likely the reason you feel like "shit."

The Problem: The heart of the watermelon is too high in sugar, which causes a "sugar high and a sugar low" that results in irritability, over-emotionality, and "sticky" glycogen in the brain. High-carbohydrate fruit also forces a rapid detoxification that can overwhelm your system if you are not eating enough fat.The Remedy: You should throw away the heart (the sweet center). Instead, eat only from where the seeds end down to the white rind (peel off the green skin). The white rind is rich in citrulline, which strengthens muscles and promotes healthy perspiration without the sugar crash

                    Stop Drinking Plain Water Immediately

Aajonus considered plain water to be a nutrient-deficient solvent that "disintegrates the human body".

The Solvent Effect: Water is only 10% cellularly absorbable; the other 90% leaches minerals, vitamins, and fats from your blood and tissues as it passes through. This creates a "rat trap" where the more water you drink, the more you dry out your cells and the more thirsty you become. The Cause of Chapped Lips: Your dry lips and "cotton mouth" are actually signs of delipidation (fat deficiency), not dehydration. The brain dumps metallic toxins out through the mouth, "ripping" the fats out of your facial tissues to bind with them, which leaves you parched

The Remedy: Suck on a mixture of 1 tablespoon of raw unsalted butter and a dab of unheated honey (roughly a 10:1 ratio) to replace the lost lipids and satisfy the thirst.

                    1. Implement the "Sucking" Method

The reason you feel bad after "chugging" milk is that you are triggering a "kidney rush."

The Problem: When you gulp any liquid, the body is overwhelmed by the volume of H2O. It separates the water from the nutrients and rushes it straight to the kidneys for elimination. This leaves your nutrients "starving" for the water molecules needed to carry them to your cells, resulting in instant dehydration and fatigue.

The Remedy: You must never gulp. Instead, use a glass straw or "suck" your milk and juices through your teeth and over your tongue (like a baby at a nipple). This pulls saliva and bacteria into the fluid, ensuring the water stays bound to the nutrients and actually reaches your cells. Aim for no more than one ounce (two tablespoons) per minute.

                    1. Transition to the Sport Formula
