Bennefits on the primal diet

For those who have been on the primal diet what is something unique that has been of benefit? I mean something unique not general bennefits like clear skin and more energy type of bennefit
@Klaudio_Bosi I got drunk a few weeks back. My liver is so much healthier, stronger and effective now. I only supplment eating liver very occasionally when I get some intuition to eat it. Anyway, it took so much more booze to get me drunk and my hangover was almost non existent. Not like that before I started the diet.

You dont require as much sleep so you have more hours to spend on what you like/dont like

@Klaudio_Bosi Well for i the biggest change has been that i have grew more than 4cm this year after starting primal, and last year i only grew about 2cm.Then also my iron defficency got fixed completly,it did also fix my hemoglobin with it now being 177.Even tho the last piece of text wasn't something exclusive to primal,primal diet did make it way easier to get the levels back to normal.

enhanced dream experiences, hear frequencies better, sing better, nervous system is very calm, happy and joyful, better enjoyment of the now, better memory, pretty much zero brain fog, more bold-straight forward
