Meat and dairy together

Is it fine to eat meat and milk / dairy together or not ? I see lots of people disagreeing

if you eat meat with milk the thing is your acid will get diluted, just eat raw meat with raw butter if you want dairy

@merib301 you shouldn't since the cream coats the meat causing digestive issues. You should generally wait at least 1 hour after eating Meat or milk to eat one or the other

@ela you still don't digest it well just because you don't feel it doesn't mean you are optimally digesting meat while drinking milk.

Its perfectly fine, because in nature ur family would feed u the raw meat from the hunted animal and then u would drink the breast milk

@merib301 for meat digestion your stomach should be acidic, with this acidity milk tends to ferment rather than digest properly.

also meat sits in your stomach for a long amount of time, causing the milk to stand in the stomach longer than it is supposed to be. Again causing more fermentation and putrefaction.

@piss I meant that when u were a baby your parents would bring u the meat and then u maybe would get breast fed couple minutes later, this happenes
