    1. Cleansing and Hygiene (Soap & Shampoo Substitutes)

Aajonus considered commercial soaps and shampoos to be toxic petroleum products that damage skin cells and destroy the beneficial bacteria (like salmonella) that naturally eat dead skin.

Body Soap: Use fermented coconut cream. Let raw coconut cream sit out of the refrigerator until it turns pink and sour. This fermentation creates alcohols that act as a natural soap.Recipe: Dilute 1 part fermented coconut cream with 8 to 10 parts water.Alternative: Blend 1 egg, 3–4 oz vegetable juice, 2–3 oz milk, 1 tsp honey, and ¼ tsp vinegar

Shampoo:Whipped Raw Egg: Wet the hair first (this prevents the hair from smelling like egg afterward), rub in whipped egg, let sit for 1–5 minutes, and rinse with room-temperature water.Fermented Coconut Cream: Apply the diluted coconut cream mixture (see above) to wet hair and scalp. It acts as a conditioner and cleanser but may leave hair oily for a day.

Shaving:Raw Milk: Described as the easiest and best shaving cream; it allows a smooth shave and nourishes the skin.Fermented Coconut Cream: Excellent for preventing nicks and ingrown hairs.Egg: Whip an egg and apply to the face for a "slimy" lubricant that doubles as a facial.

Primal Facial Body Care Cream: This is the primary all-in-one remedy for moisturizing, sunburn, and cuts.Recipe: 2 oz raw cream, 2 oz unsalted raw butter, 2 oz raw coconut cream, ¼ tsp honey, ¼ tsp royal jelly, 1 tsp lime juice, and 1 tsp ginger juice.Wrinkles and Aging:Raw Bone Marrow: Rubbing room-temperature bone marrow into the skin can reduce wrinkles significantly because it contains stem cells that regenerate tissue.Honey and Saliva: Apply your own saliva to the face followed by a thin layer of unheated honey. This dissolves dead skin (adipose tissue) and smooths lines.

Raw Meat Facial: Apply thin slices of raw sirloin to wrinkled or scarred areas overnight (held in place with a silk ski mask or bandage). This feeds cells directly with reproductive hormones.Spots and Imperfections (Freckles, Liver Spots, Moles):Pineapple Rub: Gently rub a fresh slice of pineapple on spots for 30 seconds once a day. Caution: Do this only once every 5 days to avoid burning live cells

Hair Loss Remedy:Peppercorn Formula: Blend 2 tbsp each of black and white peppercorns into a powder with 3 oz water. Let it sit for a day, then rub into the scalp every 3rd day.Follicle Protection: Rub a mixture of half raw butter and half bone marrow into the scalp to strengthen follicles against toxic metal discharge
Graying Hair: Linked to aluminum toxicity. Protocol includes consuming raspberries with coconut cream and dairy cream/butter to help pull aluminum from the brain.Hair Spray: Mix 1.5 tsp unheated honey into 1 cup of mineral water and use in a spray bottle

Aajonus’s primary recommendation for dry skin was the Moisturizing/Lubrication Formula Drink: blend 1–2 eggs, 2–4 oz raw butter (or coconut cream), 1–2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1–2 tsp honey. This "pre-digested" fat reaches the skin and joints before being consumed by the organs

@primordialeats Usually people who have gray hair will have high aluminum. High aluminum destroys the para aminobenzoic ability of the cell. Para aminobenzoic is the B vitamin, PABA, which allows pigmentation. And it destroys it.

@primordialeats you just gotta try it I guess. Maybe there is some recovery possible but a full recovery needs to be studied for a lot time on its own.

@notjacob What i do is i put 3 raw eggs into one of those small 500ml coca cola bottles, shake it violently until it mixes well and then switch to a cap with a hole poked into it.
I think that a lot of you are sleeping on the method where you poke a hole into the bottle cap so you could apply the shampoo without it spilling

@skibidiqueenfrk Your hair is probably just cooked. When i started primal i shaved all my hair so i probably got a fresh start. Most emotional moment tho. I was on the brink of tears when i shaved my hair (i had to do it anyway since my barber fucked me up)
