Seriously how do people still take his advice? He “cares” about his health but takes mdma? He also doesn’t even eat organs anymore and barely even eats raw meat, majority of his diet is carbs. @Elliott87 it's just a party drug if u want to have fun without getting high or drunk. it naturally fills out your seratonin, so it's not smth being injected to ur body. and it makes u happy and social asf, but only for a few hours. if u want to have a good night, use it, but it's not an everyday drug. it's a party drug used once each several months.

I don't understand this concept of people who are eating primal, trying to heal their body while taking drugs. I feel like the purpose is not needing external stimulants or inducing substances, when the food naturally causes wholeness. Doing drugs implies lack. Also, it makes you less of an NPC because you are aware and choosing not to take it. Eating with purpose to feel good not just fill up.
