    Ive been having really bad dreams lately like 2+ per night. My mother wont let me eat raw foods. The dreams are like day ruinable bad. How do i fix this?

      @Elliott87 usually getting tortured or someone doing stuff to close people i know while im tied down watching

            @epiccoolman123 had the same shit for months straight bro im so sry. what helped me is grounding, sunlight and less of diet stuff (ofc always plays an important role).

                @elliott87 idk if you care anymore but i just thought of the perfect way too describe it its like that feeling on the top of a roller coaster but really concentrated

                    after doing psychedelics i devloped infrequeny nightmares, after switching to sleeping on floor they went away, i also recommend noy sleeping with emf right near you, from experience it keeps your body more awake and makes you lucid dream more which in my case led to worse nightmares
