So i have lots of cream and also lots of butter and im wondering which would be better im specifically on a <20g carb raw carnivore diet rn hydrating with gerolsteiner and want to know if one would be a superior fat source for my issues. They're both raw a2/a2 so the whole dairy causing acne thing probably won't be in play as much so I've heard

Butter is better because its pure fat and it doesnt have residual milk proteins and lactose

cream is good, but would be your primary fat source.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
