if you haven’t tried ceviche yet I reccomend, I did 1 large chicken breast, half a lemon worth of juice, and 4 cherry tomatoes

Nice. Don't get too much of the lemons and tomatoes tho.
"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
