    There is a farm near that is 100 percent grass finished and the meat quality is so good with yellow fat and deep red colour it looks so appetising however they freeze all the meat. I just wanna know how bad is freezing meat and should I eat this high quality frozen meat or non frozen low quality meat?

      @aiden
      Quality meat doesnt matter when frozen. So I would eat fresh supermarket meat over frozen grassfed butcher meat. Aajonus preferred that too. Freezing destroys nutrients just like cooking does.

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

        @aiden

        Aajonus:

        FROZEN FOOD: "Freezing, like cooking, destroys nutrients. The colder foods get, the more nutrients are destroyed. Therefore it is always healthier to eat foods that have never been frozen. The nutrients in meat are especially harmed by freezing. The protein in raw meat that has been frozen is only 25% utilizable in the human body, whereas in fresh raw meat, the protein is nearly 100% utilizable. Freezing meat causes the Escherichia coli bacterium (E. coli) in meat to flourish quickly. When only frozen meat was fed to carnivores, they developed mange and other skin disorders, and sometimes scurvy. When the same meat unfrozen was fed to carnivores, they remained healthy and happy."

        FROZEN PASTURE MEAT VS FRESH SUPERMARKET MEAT: "I would rather go for the fresh, my laboratory experiments that i did with regular supermarket meat, there was no diseases that caused degenerative tissue, there was some vomiting some diarrhoea in a while but there was no active disease, but i put a group of animals on a frozen meat and they all developed skin disorders some of them got scurvy so i choose that which isn't frozen. Now i lived on mad cow meat for 3 years and a half years when i was in Paris. Because at Paris there were no butcher shops, only at Carrefour supermarket and that's what i ate. And i always eat extra fat with my meat so it protects me."

            Don't buy it to eat it. Contact the farmer and see if you can buy it fresh, but otherwise it's crap and suitable for emergency food. It's better to buy supermarket beef instead just because it's in it's raw state and not frozen

            Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
