White Puss coming out of Vaccine bump on right shoulder

I had a weird bump in my skin on my right shoulder which I assumed was a reaction to being vaccinated there. Yesterday it finally started draining white toothpaste like puss. I kept pinching it and it kept coming out and out and out. Also accompanied with general sickness and stuffy sinuses and coughing up phlem from the lungs.
Any idea what that white stuff might have been? Some kind of industrial detergent maybe?
