Sunscreen is very toxic. It causes a lot of cancer. MS, multiple sclerosis, and it causes lupus, which is disintegration of the connective tissue.

If you still have too much omega-6 PUFA's in your body that still oxidizes your skin at low heat (which atleast 99% of you do, because it takes years to get them fully out your body) then the following things are the best alternatives.

    1. Raw beef tallow
    2. Raw butter
    3. Raw coconut oil

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

      Lubricate the skin internally

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Elliott87 Not at all. As I said I am not on raw primal rn. I boil my meat for 4.5 mins and add a bit of salt and eat it. People here fry the chicken or any meat b4 eating it in a curry made with super spices which whenever I would eat afterwards when I'd go to the toilet my ass would burn like crazy so I mostly eat bland food. People see u as a demon when u eat beef but even that is changing cuz no1 really gaf now except ur family if they r religious.

@Hunterskull beef tallow is not raw. Also lympathic baths help with not being as sensitive to the sun. Get those seed oils out of your lymph and skin and you will tan better
