@chickenbreast the only real way to fix this is to look better and be taller. Brutalll. Everything else is just coping ima be real. You should drink the lube formula like 5 times a day or more, Aajonus said that his clients who ages tons of raw fats had their face develop and broaden (looking better). @Rabbi Chairs are unnatural so is sitting in them. Naturally you would rest on the ground. Children do this naturally but as we literally force and bind them to stay in a chair they lose it. Look at goata resting positions like seiza, toe tuck, and bolt squat they keep the correct chain of muscles active including that tendon. Chairs damage it because sitting makes you rest in front chain, weakening the back chain over time.
