he doesn't have access to raw dairy yet so not enough raw fats and hydration, thats always been the bottom problem He also tries to looksmax a lot with his co2 lazer, tretinion and finasteride/minoxidil. which led to him going back to the gym, he tries to get really lean because his gut protrudes out a lot, but its doing that due to his severe anterior pelvic tilt (even giving him back pain) if he were to fix that itd be great for him

@zygomidus Raw milk + egg yolks + alot of raw honey. But getting raw cream isnt that hard just let your raw milk rest for 24h in the fridge and get it out, collect the first layer and thats your cream!

@chville78 try lamb meat instead of beef. Raw Lamb meat is less chewy and smelly and has often more taste
