try and eat low carb only meat/fat for a few weeks. organs help tremendously aswell. eat as much as u crave

Realistic guide for looks and healthIm wanna help people out with my knowledge and what I think is good to do(/actually works) in a little guide im gonna make this week, documenting my ascension and some of what i have done in the past.
So please ask me anything you guys want to know and ill try to mention what i know about it and did to counter specific health issues or change specific things about looks.
I wont give any pharmacological advice since im not very knowledgeable about it and don’t think anyone should touch steroids and most definitely not peptides. Only in extreme cases

i totally agree. i only get stained/yellow teeth when eating unnatural “food”. When im able to eat only raw fat my teeth and breath are amazing even if i just ate something -

How long do dark under eye circles take to dissipateSo imo, recessed infra orbital bones do have effect on hollowness/round looking holes around the eye but the color itself can be fixed. I notice myself i dont experience any discoloration under the eyes when im able to sustain a ‘healthy’ lifestyle. (sit in the sun alot, being well rested, eating your natural diet and not stressing ur ah)

Realistic guide for looks and health@Rabbi best thing will always remain to be nutrition in infancy, childhood and puberty. and ofc genetics but many people are wrong about genes when they think that its some gateway to beauty.

When did you eat raw meat/organs first time?first time was because of kolby back in 2023.
i was curious how it would taste and it felt very right to try it or something like a natural sense telling me to do it. it was very good and i stayed eating at as like a “dirty pleasure” bc i didnt even know if it could be “bad” for me since i wasn’t knowledgeable yet. it was and is so good never going back to cooked food ever -

I think there are benefits in eating liver in smaller portions (or how much you want) everyday. The feeling of the nutrient rush and euphoria itself is worth it to me.
