try and eat low carb only meat/fat for a few weeks. organs help tremendously aswell. eat as much as u crave -
To eliminate minor acne i really recommend just raw beef liver, it should eliminate even the last acne. If the minor acne is still after somehow, just avoid any processed "non foods", and eat raw egg yolks and overall primaldiet. Check out the food pyramid post. Raw beef liver is gonna give the most benefits for acne, atleast for me, but overall diet will eliminate all forever.
Your growth is stunted probably by antibiotics and weak nutrition, so fix your gut first and maximize growth i would incorporate raw fermented milk (gonna massively help with gut) + high amounts of raw milk, raw cow meat mixed with raw unsalted butter.

@Rabbi I’ve been eating like 4-5 oz of raw liver every like 3 days should I eat like an oz or 2 every single day for better benefits or am I fine doing what I’ve been doing
@chvse448 yeah just keep doing that, whatever feels best.
consistency is very important, i myself eat 500g of raw liver, once per week for last 1 year. just eat every week so you will be fine in my opinion.
i eat only one time per week. there might be benefits in eating smaller amounts everyday though, would be interested in someone explaining that out.

@AWanderer in my opinion the best would be raw fertile duck eggs.
Much higher nutrient density: 50% more fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), more lecithin, more cholesterol, and richer in sulfur compounds.
normal chicken eggs are ok also if you cant get duck eggs.

What should I be eating and doing at 15 to get rid of minor acne (a few spots) and what should I avoid doing, also I'm currently 5'10 how do I maximise growth and what could possibly be stunting my growth (ive only grown like 2-3 inches in the past 3 years)

@AWanderer Maximize your sleep as much as possible, obviously no junk food, no smoking or drinking. Maybe also check your blood levels: IGF-1, E2, and SHBG. These can tell you a lot; for example, low IGF-1 is very bad. And if you want to know for sure, get an X-ray.

I think there are benefits in eating liver in smaller portions (or how much you want) everyday. The feeling of the nutrient rush and euphoria itself is worth it to me. -

hey, i strongly recommend eating as much as u crave daily if u have the option to. Your body will tell u when it has had enough. -

@AWanderer liver and try to avoid carbs to get rid of acne

@awanderer Diet is the best for getting rid of acne but if you want some skincare use raw honey, blood or tallow, also sun bathing is pretty good.
