Forward GrowthIf you're looking to improve your forward I'd suggest doing the following.

Food - Some form of raw primal diet. Prioritize ripping and tearing meat over cutting pieces, chew good (closed mouth) with your back molars and swallow correctly without opening your mouth

Tongue posture - keeping your tongue at the top of your mouth will keep you from breathing through your mouth.

Breathing - Always breathe through your nose, take deep breathes and breathe with your stomach when ur relaxing. Keep ideal posture at all times

Other - Thumbpulling could potentially help increase your forward growth over time, make sure not to pull close to teeth while doing it. Belt pulling mimics ripping raw meat so it could potentially help. Research it on your own since it could be dangerous.
