@Rabbi i use a miswak and i "brush" very gently. i am sure me going too hard isnt the problem, ive had this basically all my life.

Is there anything i can do to get better gums because they bleed very easily
And for teeth can i do something to get them whiter/healthier? I brush them with coconut oil

@Plixci something similar happened to me in september
my grandma took my phone away after seeing me eat raw chicken and my mother was crying. Few hours later they calmed down and gave my phone back and nowadays my mother sometimes even buys me meat and organs. When starting out I tried to talk to them about the benefits several times but they just WOULDNT listen, so the only option that was left to do it secretly and slowly over time they accepted it more and more after seeing you change positively.
so glad my situation got better and i wish the same for everybody here aswell

@SintezPL ive had this problem as well for a few months and i found out it is because of mineral deficiency.
The best solution is raw cheese with raw honey.
And the second best is oysters

@Rabbi nah for me it wasnt tough, it was like normal fat from steak but it just tasted better
