Freezing meatHey so I have an very specific question so i can only buy meat once a week from my local butcher because he only works on saturdays and in my region hes the best one.
So my question is if I should freeze my meat or how should I keep it for a week so i can still eat it without problems (btw I mostly buy beef so give tips for that kind of meat thanks) -
