Is it ever better to cook your meat? Revisited@Swansven It's also better to cook organs if they aren't organic/are vaccinated and fed a bad diet. Aajonus mentioned this multiple times that animals store toxins in their glands. He also mentioned how he had a bad experience with raw beef liver because it wasn't organic so he got sick. Otherwise I cant really think of a scenario where it's better to cook it.

Budget diet as a college studentWell I'm assuming you are new to this diet? You really dont need that much food on the raw primal diet. It's a lot less food in comparison to normal diets. Also even if you did need to pay more, why wouldn't you splurge a bit extra to ensure you're living as healthy as humanly possible? University degrees hold no value in this life, and is only a piece of paper that employers read that says you learnt the stuff needed to be a good worker. I understand your want to find better work that you might enjoy more, but health is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in this life. Health is the roots to life itself. It makes you happier, you enjoy life more, more energy, healthier, more freeing. Health is wealth.

Is it ever better to cook your meat? RevisitedI’ve seen many primals online mention that certain cuts of meat need to be cooked such as oxtail due to the collagenous tissue that will cause problems in the body if eaten raw, I know excellent health mentioned it once, I forgot his specific reasoning but I know he mentioned some sort of health implications if you ate oxtail raw.

Pasteurized butter@primalking67 raw beef fat is perfectly fine, although can be annoying to consume. Otherwise, raw milk and raw eggs have plenty of fat in them and are usually easily sourced, they are also the quickest foods to digest.
-
Pasteurized butterget the fat from somewhere else. the whole reason raw butter is good is because the fat is raw, it aids in detoxifying the body. I geuss there still are some subpar nutrients in the pastuerised butter, although it will cause issues with your gut and overall I wouldnt recommend you eat it only if the only reason youre eating it is for health reasons, not enjoyment. If it's grass fed and grass finished UNSALTED butter then it wont be tooooo much of an issue, but better your fat comes from raw sources.

The only cure to depression@Swansven I think getting sunlight is also a cure for depression, really anything natural will cure depression.

What do you think about vegetable juice?@Rabbi pretty sure aajonus said it is only needed for people who have been malnourished. He said if you grew up on a completely raw primal diet then there is never need for vegetable juice or any other or his recipes for healing, such as his nut formula.

Solar Retinopathy?@SintezPL You become one with the sun honestly. You're circadian rythm couldn't be better. It also helps enhance eyesight. I already had perfect vision so I didn't have many effects vision-wise, but many people say they fixed their bad eyesight through sungazing. It also gives you a boost in seratonin and helps to reduce stress, this is mainly due to getting sunlight in general, but looking at the sun definetely gives you a boost in mood. If you're new to it, then I would suggest slowly working your way up to longer sungazing. I would start with only doing it during sunrise and sunset as this is when the UV level is at the lowest, and there are different lights going into your eyes, such as infrared and red light. Slowly do longer periods of sungazing. your eyes will know when it's been too long looking at the sun, usually you begin to squint a little. Just rest and then continue the cycle, make the gazing longer over the course of a couple weeks, then start doing it at different times throughout the day, working your way into peak UV when the sun is at it's strongest. Most importantly, be safe!

Linoleic acid in grain-fed pork@mynamematu Not as damaging when its consumed raw, also seed oils have thousands of things wrong with them, linoleic acid is just one thing
just try eat red meat, lean cuts would be better to avoid linoleic acid. See if there are any animals in your country where its natural eating habits is how theyre farmed. I luckily have access to kangaroo here in Australia and farming kangaroo is illegal here so I know when im eating kangaroo, it is eating and living naturally. -
Solar Retinopathy?@love Update: Eyesight has pretty much completely resolved. Honestly was mostly healed within 5-7 days. I shall begin sungazing again!

Eyelash and eyebrow density and length before and after@Swansven There is definetely some small visible improvements in density, length seems similar though. I think the first after picture best shows the density increase in the eyelashes. Its not the half an inch or whatever that you thought, but definetely improvement nontheless. Good work!

Guide for Achieving GOATA Movement 👣Ive been seeing this for many years on social media but i was never that interested in it until the last month or so when ive been seeing it more. I've seen this one guy on tiktok, hammer toes or something is his name i think, ive been doing some of his recommended exercises to help achieve GOATA movement, although it will obviously take months or years to make a lot of progress.

High quality eggs@ela I have pretty straight hair, maybe slightly wavy, honestly my hairs been really good without using eggs or oil, although i find that when i wash it with water (every 2-3 days depending on if im going out) it is softer/finer which I dont really prefer. honestly the only thing that makes my hair feel thicker and really healthy is when i've been swimming in the ocean, it's actually insane how much ocean water effects my hair (in a good way)
-
High quality eggs@ENAMV might have to try that, I havent used any products in my hair for over 18 months. I haven't had any issues whatsoever but I might try using egg yolks for my hair in the future it sounds interesting. Not sure if i'd use olive oil though I feel like my hair would be too smooth or oily?

Raw egg whites@cas I've seen some people like aajonus say the egg white is fine because there isnt any proof the avidin in raw egg whites binds to biotin in the body, and I've seen others say that they even if there isn't 'proof' that knowing there is avidin in raw egg whites is enough to say that it can cause issues. I personally don't know who tf is right it seems like such a pretentious argument. I think even if it does bind to biotin, it's not going to cause any extremely bad issues, especially if you're eating an optimal diet. But also on the contrary, if you want to cook it then just cook it, anyone who makes fun of you for cooking egg whites because it isn't 'primal' has lost the plot tbh. I personally drink the whites only when i feel like it or if im in a rush
the rest of the time I cook them. And honestly I think I'm going to start cooking the whites more in the future, just for flavour reasons

Where do you find raw primal women?@Rhiannon I agree with everything you said. Great reply, there are definetely people that need to hear it. It's completely unrealistic to find someone who fits every single one of their criteria. Also, they forget the most important part of a relationship isn't finding someone who eats certain food, but that you have a strong, deep connection with them. They forget that this is someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. Connection first, then everything else is secondary. If you have a deep connection with someone there is no reason they wouldn't be open to your suggestions, especially if it's done in a respectful, unjudgemental manner, especially with no expectations that she must do what you want.
People get too caught up with what they want and not what they need. And if you do find someone that you can introduce to the primal diet, it gives you something special that you share, as you have brought them to true health, similar to how people imagine meeting the love of their lives through being saved, or maybe thats a reach?
