    Anyone experienced post pubertal changes like growing taller or developing etc, would be interesting to hear.

      im not sure how many people here are 100% past puberty, as our bodies are still growing into our early-mid twenties

            @adamskii Depends how malnutritioned you were before starting rawprimal diet during puberty. If you ate low nutrition food before, you will most likely still develop and grow if you now eat highly nutritious foods like raw organs, raw milk, etc.

            This just makes sure you unlock your full genetic potential.
