@Liverlover I never thought of that, I’ve tried many concoctions but sadly settled for a non fluoride toothpaste which is still very toxic, I’ll make sure I try this out

@veloman Yeah man I found it a tricky one too. All chemical products are just self fulfilling. No other animal needs it and even us primals can get into this loop. Toothpaste is just slaughtering all bacteria the bad ones but also the good ones. We know that bacteria are good. This way you can never build a healthy microbiome. And any bad bacteria just have an open goal to reproduce.

I hear lemon juice works as the acidity makes it naturally whiter. I don't think it destroys the enamel too much.

In my attempts to quit toxic toothpaste I have finallt found something that makes my breath smell and feel good and teeth healthy looking. I brush my teeth with raw kefir and then oil pulling with raw butter. The kefir gets some great bacteria in your oral biome so bad bacteria cant compete

@Liverlover Would it matter if it's raw or pasteurized kefir? My local farm only sells pasteurized, but i can make raw kefir myself too.

@Elliott87 Yeah i already thought so bc of the help the bacteria gives, but i just wanted it to be confirmed. I will be making raw kefir at home more often then.

@Hunterskull While I think raw would be better since you have even more variation in bacteria strains (raw milk bacteria + kefir ones). I think past kefir should still work since it still loads your oral biome with a ton of good bacteria to keep the bad ones off.
