I'm currently 183cm and 105kg, mostly fat. I want to lose a lot of weight, maybe get down to 80-90 lean.
I'm drinking 2l raw milk, eating 500g meat, 12 eggs, and 150g raw butter.@nscr0bllds1 ditch the milk and go maybe just a little bit lower on the butter. Aajonus recommends eating 1 egg every 30min-hour of the day and a lean meat meal with a little butter. You could easily replicate something similar for your diet. You can do pretty much everything just don’t go to low on fat and don’t starve in general and you should be good. Also if you avoid vegetable juice and white meat for the first weeks it shouldn’t trigger your appetite to much.
