i need help losing fat at 15.

    @nscr0bllds1 its good, if you wont lose fat in 1 month you can reduce milk to 1 liter

      @ela I do low volume high intensity weight training 2x a week.

      @nscr0bllds1 Okay, I'd try going on walks a few times a week. Maybe eat less butter? Or just eat a little less in general. The main thing with losing weight is eating less and moving more

            @nscr0bllds1 Until you get the results you want, then you can go back to normal.

            If you go back to normal and start gaining weight again then cut back a teeny bit.. The main thing is finding the perfect amount of food or your body to maintain the weight you want

                @nscr0bllds1 I'd say try 15-20 minutes a day at first then I'd try increase it.
                Don't overdue it, if you feel uncomfortably exhausted by the end then you're doing too much too quickly

                  I'm currently 183cm and 105kg, mostly fat. I want to lose a lot of weight, maybe get down to 80-90 lean.
                  I'm drinking 2l raw milk, eating 500g meat, 12 eggs, and 150g raw butter.

                  @nscr0bllds1 ditch the milk and go maybe just a little bit lower on the butter. Aajonus recommends eating 1 egg every 30min-hour of the day and a lean meat meal with a little butter. You could easily replicate something similar for your diet. You can do pretty much everything just don’t go to low on fat and don’t starve in general and you should be good. Also if you avoid vegetable juice and white meat for the first weeks it shouldn’t trigger your appetite to much.

                    @grm.ben Why ditch the milk, isnt it the only hydrating thing on his diet? he will get the animal fat also from the milk, I really appreciate if someone could tell me
