DETOX THAT WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP TO ME.... I'M FRIGHTENED

I SAW A GUY SAY THAT HE DRANK RAW MILK FOR 1 YEAR AND ENDED UP GETTING HOSPITALIZED. HE SAID THAT IT WAS BACTERIAL DISEASE. COMPLETELY FALSE OBVIOUSLY. HOWEVER, AFTER CONSUMING LOTS OF RAW FOODS, I WILL EVENTUALLY DETOX. I AM REALLY SCARED ABOUT THAT HAPPENING. I DON'T HAVE THE NECESARRY TOOLS FOR IT... MY PARENTS ARE GONNA CALL THE DOCTOR OR TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL IF I HAVE ANY BAD SYMPTOMS.. THAT IS REALLY BAD. HOW CAN I HANDLE A FUTURE DETOX BETTER? I THINK I AM ONLY GONNA BE ABLE TO FOLLOW FULLY PRIMAL ONCE I MOVE OUT.... I AM 15 AS OF RIGHT NOW.

detox does suck but your body knows it's ok and temporary. eat lots of fat now though to prepare

you will not have bad detox from the primal diet until you add in specialized foods (moldy beries for example) which you should only do after putting on 20lbs or more of fat and on the diet for at least 1.5 years

Stressing for no reason some people eat raw foods and don't even detox that badly you stressing over it causing more damage then the detox every will, if you even do detox that is.

Almost a year now and i haven't had any non-self inflicted detoxes (literally only have a detox moment if i cheat on the diet) almost beginning to think its fake

@Duta-M In my country since the age of 14 you can refuse getting hospital treatment unless you're so heavily sick that you can't talk, move etc.
