@skibidiqueenfrk he has gotten more controversial as he gained viewers and he would say the primal diet is unideal. but he eats frozen meat which is super unnecessary and really bad actually and he cook some of his meat etc etc. I don't really watch his videos anymore so I don't remember that much of him. But it's very clear he is slowly becoming a talking head serving the elites to misguide people. He just started saying dumb shit once he got more famous like how cooking your food is okay.
Bro i freeze my meat just because i'm busy with work.. I get it fresh when i unthaw it and it saves me going to get my shopping 3x a week.. instead i got once every 10 days.
I choose not to believe that freezing destroys 80% of nutrients because every step closer you get stricter on primal... the more of an inconvenience it is in our day to day lives.

he was promoting the primal diet? sometimes i feel like the primal diet is a probaganda cuz why the fk did become so popular with the goatis edits, faceIQ vids, marcus, schlennart etc.. in summer 2025, it was so suddenly popular not even only in the health community but looksmaxxing community and overall mainstream without any reason, his first video promoting carbs too he was talking like he's not even convinced with what hes saying, i guess the way to know which is right is to just try everything without having a confirmation bias and see what u feel the best in, cuz i feel social media is not even real
