U THREW UP BECAUSE WATER DILUTED THE DIGESTIVE JUICES NEEDED TO DIGEST THE LUBE FORMULA. WHY? BECAUSE THE LUBE FORMULA IS WXTREMELY HEAVY CONCENTRATED FAT
@elliott85 I made my lube formula normally yesterday without adding water but i poured the half of it in a glass cup and then diluted it with water, i wanted to do that to make it easier for me to drink and nfade the taste of the luba formula, but i think the problem was in me putting too little lemon juice and not giving some time for the lemon juice to work in the lube formula
