    @Chill if we were on primal for our whole lineage obviously we wouldn't need to pin but obviously we need to. Do you know how unhealthy kids are? They're eating fucking goyslop every meal every day. Spend a day with some teenagers all they eat is utter garbage. Even if they go primal for a couple years, stuff like test or hgh will help them get closer to what they would have had with a whole lineage on the primal diet

    @Vibrance-ᛉ did you even read my reply dude. the idea that you have which is that since your werent primal since birth steroids help you compensate is wrong. Are you out of your mind dude? What is the primal diet if i may ask? Its the most optimal, perhaps even the most natural way to eat. Roids are completely unnatural, and thus they will give you unnatural results. If this was 25 000 years ago or whatever, and you ate something similar to raw primal, you still wouldnt achieve what the roids gave you are you actually out of your mind dude. I wanna be respectful with you but your logic is failing. Steroids are completely exogenous your literally not compensating for anything. I kinda see what your trying to say but again, you didnt even give your puberty a chance dawg.

    And a question. you grew 10 inches in 2 years of puberty + hgh? What was your starting height and what is your height now? How did you measure your bone growth did you just "see" yourself getting denser. Can you message any images if you dont mind?

      @Chill

      1. I'm not talking about primal diet being as good for muscle growth im talking about it being as good for bone growth. Of course its gonna be worse for muscle growth but im talking about exogenous hormones used to fix your recessed narrow skull, frame, and height. Of course its not natural but with proper setup its not any detriment to health
      2. I grew from 5'0 to 5'10 and im still growing. Sure it might have been puberty but the growth started the moment I started gh when you see it on a graph and the doctors said my bone age was 15 when I was 13 meaning I didn't technically have much growth left. I cant share pictures of myself, but from my side profile with ears aligned or front profile with eyes aligned, I had tons of forward growth especially my maxilla brow ridge and mandible and from the front my lower third grew and my zygos grew a ton as well

          @Vibrance-ᛉ you where very very short at 13 dude. Thats one of the reasons you grew so much, but someone of normal height probably wouldnt grow that much. Secondly, rawprimal wont give you the same bone growth as hgh. Where did you get that idea, rawprimal is limited by nature, hgh isnt since its unnatural.

            @Chill eating primal in development will almost definitely guarantee you over 6' depending on your genetic background and your gh->igf-1 conversion and igf-1 sensitivity will be so high that it produces similar effects to hgh. I was short as a kid because i was fed goyslop and my parents are 5'6 and 5'1

              bro you where short as a kid because of your parents hight that was the primary factor. Even if you ate rawprimal since birth i doubt you could have grown 10 inches, but maybe its possible. Im not going to knock your achievements ofcourse all luck to you man! Just be aware that epigenetics, aka how diet affects genetics comes mostly into play when accounting for generations. So your grandchildren and their children will likely reap the best benefits of raw milk, raw eggs etc.

                @Chill my grandparents were all over 6' including my grandmothers so my grandparents are all super tall and my parents happened to be malnourished growing up as they both grew up in the same famine
