    @Liverlover The whole thing feels shaky. In nature humans live in chaotic environments and movement is chaotic and unpredictable.

    Not like everyone would be robots who do goata even in nature.

    @Rabbi well yeah even more in chaotic environments you need stable and coΓΆrdinated movement. They actually observed that natural tribes move this way bc they weren’t corrupted by modern environments. Or look at almost any animal. They all got the same pattern. If you saw a dog walking with duck feet you’d think somethings wrong but it’s become so normal for humans. You’re born goata btw most ppl just lose it over time.

        @Elliott87 yeah it’s a man made concept to describe something natural. The primal diet is also man made aajonus books are man made. But the foods are natural.
