how often do you guys eat food?

I notice once per day is easier for weight loss, better for metabolic rate & ages you less

But twice a day means that you can drink a shake in the morning to lower cortisol & not mix meat & milk ect

Have you guys experimented & If so what was the best outcomes for which goals you had?

@Jay like 3 times a day, I don’t like massive portions as I tend to get full quite easily

@veloman Right on man, I eat once a day to cut weight but its hard to get over 180 grams of protein in one meal. Alot of pro's & cons.

@Jay I eat like 2-3 times a day,two of those are bigger meals, and the one is just something smaller.I sometimes also eat some fruit in between the meals.

@Jay Forgot to mention that counts to many small eating sessions like at least 10

@Elliott87 So then you are eating 3 times in the 15 hours of being awake. Which is obviously not optimal. I seriously doubt our ancestors were eating 3 times a day. The more you eat the more it ages you

@Jay how? don’t listen to goatis. He’s low IQ. Aging = cells reproduce with more and more defects due to lack of nutrients

This kinda doesn’t make sense, because surely we would be born super aged?
It’s because we lose enzymes as we age, enzymes lost to cooked food, just modern diet. Enzyme leeching

                        Just clarifying
