I got my hands into some raw fat from the butcher. Since I cant really make raw butter . What would be the best fat intake in a day? 150, 200 grams? We as a society are really and I mean really deficient in raw fat through our years of eating goy slop.

Im trying to lose fat eating 1.5 pounds of lean meat & 2 lube formulas a day, I feel satiated going to sleep. Im eating 250 grams of fat a day but putting on weight.. but if I get any less than this I go to bed starving..I just would like to know how you would personally structure weight loss. Btw yes i get about 50 grams of carbs per day. Appreciate it man

@Jay unless you're really fat I wouldn't recommend you lose much weight. Fat is very important for the body. Without it you're pretty much a dead corpse. You need it to detox toxins and have excess nutrients so you can function optimally.
@Klaudio_Bosi I appreciate your concern, but that is not of my concern. I dont care what a dead man has to say about my body composition and how I should frame my body. I'm aware modern toxins are stored in fat, however I had barrels more energy at 12-15% BF compared to what I am now at about 25%

@Jay 25 is kinda high ngl. Also you being high energy could be that you are lean enough that the body eats itself. But there is a difference between 25% body fat on raw and 25% on normie diet. I assume you're that amount of body fat because of a normie diet.

Weight-loss-Diet Recommendations
Drink 1 cup green vegetable juices.When very hungry but not in a stupor or angry-hungry, eat 2-3 golfball-sized amounts of meat (any meat that appeals to you) with 1 teaspoon of raw butter, cream or avocado but butter is preferable.When next very hungry, eat 2 golfball-sized amounts of meat with one teaspoon of raw butter, cream or avocado but butter is preferable.When next very hungry drink 1 cup green vegetable juices.When next very hungry, eat 1-2 raw eggs Rocky-style.When next very hungry, eat 2 golfball-sized amounts of meat without butter, cream or avocado.
That is one cycle. If the day is not over, start the cycle over. You may eat as many cycles in a day as necessary to avoid eating other food. I suggest that, no matter where you are in a cycle at the end of a day, drink 1 cup of raw milk before a long sleep-period to help relax and calm nerves. If no raw milk is available, drink a blend of 2 ounces raw coconut cream, 4 ounces coconut milk and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice.
Juice recipe during weight-loss cycle: 1 ½ tablespoon unheated honey per quart as preservative, ½ small organic lemon or lime with rind per 3 quarts green juice (80% celery, 18% parsley, 2% lemon; percentages are by volume, not weight).
I break the weight-loss diet if I experience lasting detoxification symptoms, such as cold, flu or severe pain. For the recommended diet during bacterial or viral detoxification, see page 147. During detoxification, our bodies need massive nutrients to properly detoxify and heal.

@Klaudio_Bosi I'm this body fat eating raw for the last 3 months, iv'e gone from 20% to 25% in that time because i had two lubes a day with lean meats. If I had less than 250 grams of fat before bed I would go to bed hungry. But 250 grams is what made me gain weight. It's like a paradox

@Jay tbh I wouldnt concern myself as long as you are healthy but since you're pretty new to the diet I would recommend you still keep a decent "high" percent body fat as a beginner. Your body is trying to detox constantly from the normie diet you had before your started and having a decent amount of fat from raw food is the perfect weapon for that. You do you at the end of the day.

Aajonous as much as I am aware didnt say low energy is good but being calm and having stable emotional wellbeing is something he experienced when he went into the diet himself

If this doesn’t make sense i just woke up after 5 hours of sleep@foidkiller1488 but 12-15% can be low for people so you might be right on that regard that just because he had high energy it doesn't mean its good at all. After all low body fat is still pretty bad and your body might be stressed and adrenalised due to not enough fat. Just my opinion

Again the body fat on raw and on a normie diet is different and his body probably isn't used to the raw fat from raw food yet I would assume. But if he is putting on fat then the body probably needs it to detox toxins since he is fairly new to the diet as well.

@foidkiller1488 but I generally wouldn't recommend leaning out much. Again the body fat on raw and on a normie diet is different and his body probably isn't used to the raw fat from raw food yet I would assume. But if he is putting on fat then the body probably needs it to detox toxins since he is fairly new to the diet as well.

@Klaudio_Bosi Idk bro, FaceIQ seem to be doing well lean, not that that's the reason I want to be lean, I do feel better being lean.. But there are alot of 'looksmaxxers' that are lean without issues that eat raw meat consistently.
