Hey so I have an very specific question so i can only buy meat once a week from my local butcher because he only works on saturdays and in my region hes the best one.
So my question is if I should freeze my meat or how should I keep it for a week so i can still eat it without problems (btw I mostly buy beef so give tips for that kind of meat thanks)

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Just keep it in the fridge, freezing meat destroys it

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Put it to fridge +2C ,never freeze it under that. Never put to freezer 0 celsius, it destroys up to 80% of nutrients.

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Nope. It won't go bad but it will have slightly less nutrients. 1-2 weeks from slaughter is okay I think.
