Is there any toxin(s) in particular that cause the most acne (e.g., heavy metals, hardened seed oils, antibiotic residues, emfs, etc.) or is it just general toxins?
I have some scars and not much but still active acne (pimples, zits, whiteheads, blackheads, etc. All of it) in small amounts so any help or recommended remedies/foods would be appreciated

@TrenAndTartare
Detox any toxins in general. No specifics. -
Maybe the the fucking roids nigga. Heavily chemically damaged plant chemicals that are "bioidentical". Obviously the biggest toxin you consume. I can't believe you actually inject toxins in yourself and then ask how to detox toxins. Well your body is detoxing them through your skin.
