    1. Meclizine

    • Antihistamine with a powerful fgfr3-inhibiting effect, mice who were given meclizine were significantly taller and larger than their counterparts.
    • Dose at 25mg/night
      http://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41326861/
      images-1.jpg

    2. Forskolin

    • It activates the enzyme adenylyl cyclase, which increases intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). This biochemical shift initiates a cascade that triggers the release of growth hormone (GH), elevates free testosterone levels, and slows down chondrocyte maturation within the epiphyseal growth plates to prolong linear bone growth.
    • It also acts as an fgfr3 inhibitor
    • Dose at 10% concentration 100-250mg 2x/day

    3. Flurbiprofen

    • A 1989 study gave immature, rapidly growing male rats flurbiprofen for 21 days. At the most effective doses (0.1–0.5 mg/kg/day), researchers found:
    • Longitudinal bone growth: ↑ ~30–40%
      Growth-plate thickness: ↑ ~30–40%
      Cortical bone accumulation: ↑ ~12%
      Cancellous bone accumulation: ↑ ~90%
      Osteoclast numbers: ↓ ~62–70%
      Osteoclast/osteoblast ratio: ↓ ~35–56%
    • Higher doses of 2.5mg/kg/day did not elicit better results, they diminished.
    • Here's the crazy part, in rats with closed growth plates, flurbiprofen increased radial bone growth (bone growth on top of new bone AKA the bone getting bigger not just denser or longer) by 200%!!! It's ridiculous.

    Dosage: 0.1-0.5mg/kg/day, 2 weeks on/7-10 days off

    4. Lithium Orotate

    • Lithium inhibits GSK-3B which therefore upregulates the wnt/ß-cantenin signaling pathway, which is THE MOST ANABOLIC BONE GROWTH PATHWAY IN THE BODY
    • "After treated by inhibitor SB86 [GSK-3B inhibitor], the overall length of growth plate was not changed. However, growth of tibia in SB86 group was increased by 31%, the length of resting and proliferating increased 13%, whereas the length of hypertrophic decreased by 57%. The mineralized length was found to be significant longer than the control group."
    • This proves that GSK-3B is detrimental to height growth and that inhibiting it will result in you being taller.
    • GSK-3B is a negative regulator of the WNT pathway, activating the WNT pathway will make your bones grow more but also inhibit adipogenesis (can't create fat tissue) while not being detrimental to bone growth (which is one of the very few things that can do both at the same time, by the way)
    • We all know that more adipose tissue ('fat') = More Aromatase = More aromatase activity = More estrogen = Your epiphysis closes faster so you end up with a shorter final adult height. So, by reducing estrogen, Lithium can indirectly make you taller through another way.
    • Dose: 10mg/kg/day, it's lower than the therapeutic dose but has been shown to still affect GSK-3B and other stuff.

    Lithium → ↓ GSK-3 → ↑ Wnt/β-catenin → ↑ growth-plate activity → potentially ↑ longitudinal bone growth.

    5. Raw unfrozen colostrum

    • Self-explanantory, made me have a growth spurt ngl

    6. Mechanical loading

    • If you do mechanical loading (thumbpulling, bonesmashing with massage gun, jumping/sports) it will accentuate the benefits you get from all of the above

    In conclusion, you would take:

    • Flurbiprofen 0.1-0.5mg/kg/day, 2 weeks on/10 days off
    • Meclizine 25mg nightly
    • Forskolin 10% concentration 100-250mg 2x/day (morning+night)
    • Lithium orotate 10mg/kg/day
    • Raw unfrozen colostrum as you crave it whenever you can get it
    • Primal diet + light environment ofc

Fascinating work, well done. I would look more into the mechanisms of Lithium orolate as it's quite controversial but nice post overall.

@TrenAndTartare Mirin. Sounds promising. Most of those I did not know. But does Meclozine actually have a effect in humans?

@Otpyral It's a list of over-the-counter drugs that aren't illegal or require prescription (OTC). They can be found at any local pharmacy. It would be better with hgh, Ai, and erda/tyra of course but for many its not realistic whereas these drugs everyone can get at a local pharmacy for super cheap.

@The-Real-Legend that's mad, did you get any benefits? In the studies ive seen it seems 25mg>50mg for kids with achondroplasia and super high doses (20mg/kg/day) were bad for rats

@TrenAndTartare Yoo my bad I genuinely didn't see the OTC in the title lmao. Then again, I feel like there are so many HGH sources that even someone with strict parents can buy that shit. Also, this height stack is complete garbage, waste of money even.
