@Saint_HichEM Im in Scotland too, I even know some farmers that I have asked to buy raw milk from yet they have refused. It really is painful and it needs to be legalised.
@RuskinPrimal Idk if you have the same creamed honey but creamed honey in my country is just honey which has been stirred while it crystalized to give it a creamy texture.
You have gotta eat more raw eggs and put fresh never frozen raw butter in your nostrils. It'll heal that area pretty well. It'll rebuild the lining in your nose.

@Hunterskull False, based off my experience. Normies can still smell it on you. Even after washing a couple times. I did it with raw butter and they were ready to get me fired from my job.
@kas-d If there is toxins in the butter. Usually the the butter with toxins isnt digested by the body but if there is a lot of toxins and you dont like the taste because of that then you maybe could change fat source if you can find better fat.
