    Also don't eat anything cold that I can think of. This is fundamental: Cold meat is tasteless and fermented meat tastes very strong. Well, cold food in general taste way less and it's not a coincidence. Digestion requires bacteria and enzymes and your tounge can sense them, cold meat isn't gonna taste bad, but it's just gonna lack the enzymes and bacteria, it's not inherently toxic, but you could say the food is dead. Bacteria and enzymes = digestion for the body, so eat ur food at room temp (it so much more enjoyable) and it's good to regularly eat some fermented foods here and there.

    I should make a guide on common mistakes people are unaware while doing the diet cause when I started eating this way I didn't feel that good cause I was a noob and many things can be difficult to realize. Things to include in the guide would be for example not eating enough fat, drinking liquids while eating meat, Consuming salt. Not incorporating organs. Consuming low quality meat and organs(especially organs) etc... Anybody got any good ideas to share?

    @ENAMV I used to eat to little fat with the meat and I'd only have water and no watermelon or milk cause I was broke af back then. I'd eat my meat and then my body used the liquids to digest the food so I got crazy thirst craving cravings directly after (I was severly dehydrated) and I drank so much water when I got thirsty directly after eating or eating with the meals, and it really messed up my digestion. I was super bloated always after eating and sometimes got acid reflux💀. But listen this is important: If you hydrate properly like I said, first you hydrate with liquid and enzymes and minerals(watermelon or even better raw milk) and then you wait and then fat and enzymes (raw beef fat or raw butter) with the meat to maintain the structured water in the cell, that's great but you might still feel thirsty after everything, but dont worry its not dehydration, its detox and it's extremely annoying but it will go away after a while. Don't drink, you eat a small piece of fat if your mouth feels dry like a teaspoon of raw butter, let it melt in the mouth and then swallow. That should help. Good luck 🙂

    Please don't drink past milk. Cooked meat is bad but it isn't that bad but heated liquids are ⚠️💀 really bad, especially milk cause it changes the milk so much biochemically that it's pretty much poison. Some people are so sensitive they can die from it... residentraw has made a video about it. Some boy died from pasteurized cheese I think. So hydrate with watermelon instead. It's so much better. And ofc don't hydrate yourself while eating meat and fat cause it will mess up digestion. Wait 1 hour after consuming watermelon and little bit longer with milk before eating and wait minimum 4 hours, preferably 5-6 hours after eating before hydrating. Your digestion will thank you. You can increase the fat intake also to stay hydrated longer.

    Let's go!!! Your body is adapted to natural foods. Your body is smart and won't digest the food particles with toxins on them cause the body will recognize it as food (the raw milk in this case) only if it's raw. Drinking grain fed milk is very good, just not perfect. So you'll be fine. I would recommend to wait until its room temp, then lot it rest at room temp for a couple of hours and then drink it so the enzymes and everything becomes active. If your still growing then you should drink I'd say minimum 2L/day. Btw I just found a giga Chad farmer that sells me more raw milk despite the laws in sweden.

    Yeah, as ela said... fruits that have water. And they are also the tastiest 🙂 I use watermelon for hydration when I don't have raw milk.

    Ordering butter from another country will be expensive, so it's either gonna be pork fat, or pasteurized butter. I'd prefer the pork fat cause it's raw, but past butter has a better fat profile. If your naturally paler and you ate lots of seed oils before and your hypersensitive to the sun and struggle to tan, include more past butter but I think you still need actual raw animal fat as it's utterly essential for the body. The problem is that pork can be destabilizing for some people, so be catious. When I ate pork my like 8th time my gut was already irritated and it destabilized after the pork and I felt sick for two days and I havent eaten it since. When you buy past butter, it can't have salt, that's non negotiable. Also you could include some eggs. This won't be your long term diet and hopefully you can get better raw fat soon, so enjoy the pork for now, and pray you I'll be fine.

    @Elina Well I saw aajonus talk about this, red meat has more adrenaline and hormones than white meat so aajonus said to preferably eat white meat if your gonna relax inside all day, and red meat if your going on a hike or do an activity, but the quality of the meat is much more important. And you can make vegetable juice if your body is too acidic to combat the side effects of red meat when detoxing.

    @Rabbi the biggest problem for me right now is the regulations regarding raw milk. The laws are genuinely genuinely retarded. A farmer is only legally allowed to sell 70L/week of raw milk. I travel like 5 hours with train and bus to two separate farms (each take 5 hours) and they only allow me to buy 5 liter each and the price is 30kr/liter with is like 2.8€. 10 hours for 10 liters of milk per week lol. It's so dumb but it's still hella worth it cause I'm 18 and still growing, so I'd do anything for the raw milkies. But yeah after high school my biggest priority is moving to a better country. Before I couldn't buy blood anywhere and couldn't find raw milk so I'd hydrate myself with watermelon in winter, it was horrible. Sweden has to be one of the more worse countries to live in, like really low globally. Pretty much all normal countries brutally mogs sweden mainly cause of the raw milk laws.

    Buy cheaper lean meat if it's low quality cause the toxins store in the fat and you'll be fine with low quality lean muscle meat. ⚠️Really try avoid vaccinated and frozen meat tho⚠️. With the lean meat you can add raw butter or raw animal fat. You could order raw butter online or go to a butcher or farm and get raw animal fat cheaper (from a ruminant animal).

    Idk organic chicken in Sweden is crazy expensive organic chicken breast cost like 35€/kg and chicken thighs like 32€/kg so I'll pretty much never eat white meat where I live unless I see some on sale, but his arguments about white meat seems reasonable basing them on aajonus. He isn't necessarily against red meat, it's just that he thinks that the body becomes too acidic when you detox from all the unnatural bullshit you have in the body💉🧂🧴🚬🍞 and red meat is apparently more acidic. I think he said in a recent video that humans consumed mostly ruminant animals (correct if I'm wrong) but now because of detox our body gets too acidic. I mean crazy problems requires crazy solutions...

    @Rabbi Maybe you can relate to this as well... When I am outside in my city, I sometimes see young and middle aged african men who grew up somewhat naturally and migrated to europe. Some of them are quite developed: their cheekbones especially are striking and prominent, their maxilla is wide and projected, and their mandible is forwardly grown. They aren't as developed as the butcher you saw but they atleast look somewhat like proper men. The women look good too. I like seeing them from time to time. It gives me hope, cause someday I'll be able to get out of my country and find a tall girl that is atleast as biologically developed as the africans I see and will not only accept what I eat, but see it as normal. I can find some one who appreciates me.
