I get raw manuka on Amazon shipped from New Zealand to California. How long should I ferment with honey? 8 hours or longer? I’ve never heard of making kefir with just honey. I’m new to this space and I believe you, I just want to know how it can turn into kefir without live grains. Thanks for the help.

I shower when needed but never rinse my scalp. Expect your hair to be slightly oily for 1-2 weeks before things even out.

So all I need to make kefir is raw goat milk and honey? Do I need live kefir grain too? I have manuka honey at home if that works.

What’s up. Raw goat milk used to cause acne on my face and neck. I’ve been raw carnivore for a month, and I was wondering if it’s possible for me to process it better? My acne is practically gone otherwise.
