@Liverlover ja ik denk dat ik het wel gelijk kan proeven na een hap. En als het echt hemels smaakt eet ik het gewoon op. Zo niet ga ik een klein beetje eten en dan een paar uur wachten.

@Liverlover ja op die toxins let ik zeker. Ik ga het zeker ook nog na vragen bij de boer hoe die koeien leven enzo. Ik heb het vlees ook nog niet gekocht maar als het echt kwaliteit is ben ik echt binnen.

@Liverlover ja het gekke is ik heb best wel een tan en ik zit al in de zon sinds een paaar maanden terug in uv 4 en 3. Kan het ook iets betekenen dat ik best droge huid heb als sinds kind en dit jaar een soort zonne allergie op mijn armen had, veel bultjes overal op mijn armen door de zon. Dus is het mogelijk iets genetisch (hoop het natuurlijk niet). Maar bedankt voor de tips!

Can anybody help me to minimize getting sunburned. I love the sun but I get sunburned really quickly. I don’t even eat that much seed oils I only eat it when I have to. Does anybody know why this happens. It could be ethnicity because I am Dutch and the Netherlands doesn’t have much sun.

@Liverlover true man my friends realy hate when i mention anything about primal or bp. I hate it so much they are so ignorant.

I have these store bought eggs but I’m not sure if they are good to eat raw. The chickens are free-range but it also says that the chicken get fed corn and grains. Should I eat these?
