@R-ROBBINN I eat grain fed cause I can't get fram raised where I live but don't get vaccinated and if you gonna eat the grain fed cut of the fat and the skin and just eat it with some butter or egg yolk

@R-ROBBINN I usually eat this for a little snack in the evening and then some butter and red meat in the afternoon but I'll add butter to it for sure
