@R-ROBBINN I eat grain fed cause I can't get fram raised where I live but don't get vaccinated and if you gonna eat the grain fed cut of the fat and the skin and just eat it with some butter or egg yolk

I'm gonna be rubbing raw fat such as butter or suet or beef fat in my hair everyday for a month and see if it makes a difference, got the idea from a video of a tribe the uses raw goat butter in there hair seen as I'm off African descent(I have 4c hair) I have no idea what the outcome will be like but I'll see you guys in one month with any update.

@Plixci have the same shit going on right now but I eat it in secrect like when there at the house I light cook or just cook my meat and eat it to ward off suspicion then when there not there I just eat it raw, mian cook it in raw butter if you that if not just use kerrygold unsalted, so just cook it and eat it infront of them for a while to gain there trust,dont try to explain it to them that's a waste of time they'll never understand

I remember watch a video I dont remember if it was on YouTube or nat geo wild but it was the exterminator or some job like that but he'd go into people house and just straight up eat it they even showed him eating it on camera shit was crazy. It got me think can cockroachs be eating on the daily, or will it cause gut issue because of modern toxins they come into contact it on the daily, I've found so in my house but the smell they give off is so toxic, I'd like to hear other thoughts on this do you guys think its nasty or totally fine
