About me & need adviceI currently live in Sweden and haven't looked into buying milk, meat, or other products directly from a local farm.
I go to the gym 5 days a week with 2 rest days, training close to failure, which is great for muscle growth. I'm currently unsure whether I should reduce the number of training days.
When it comes to food, my diet is pretty basic (pasta, cooked beef, and cooked chicken) I'm 180cm and weigh 59kg, giving me a BMI of 18.2, which is close to underweight for a 17yo. I'm in the middle of a bulk and my goal is to reach 70kg before summer, so I know I need to be in a calorie surplus.. I'm just not fully dialed in yet.
Even though I think I look good/healthy, I generally don't feel all the time comfortable in my body, which is what motivated me to start going to the gym in the first place.
My overall goal is simply to feel better both mentally and physically. The main challenge I'm facing rn is finding the right foods to eat, since I shop mostly at local supermarkets like Lidl. A typical day of eating looks like (4–6 eggs, pasta, cooked chicken, cooked beef, bread) and whatever is served at school.
What should I do in my situation../.

About me & need advice@Rabbi Yes I'll try that but how am I suppost to eat 3000–3300kcal/day

About me & need advice@juz I am not gonna cook them all the way 50% and I will try to use salted butter 82% fat insted of olive oil if thats what you think would be bad for me

About me & need advice@Rabbi thx, could also explain why?

About me & need advice@Rabbi mhm, but do you think I did the right thing by defrosting the chicken that way? And besides that when I was cooking the chicken I obviously set it to the highest temperature so it would cook faster.
-
About me & need advice@Rabbi so… what would be a better defrosting method? xd I understand your point, but could you explain why you shouldn’t use the microwave? I’m guessing it’s because bacteria can grow faster instead of saying optimally but I get what you mean

Creatine?Yeah and think about it this way; I want to gain weight so being a bit bloated is fine. But from what Ive heard all creatine really does at its core is water retention. It draws water into my muscles, which makes me weigh more and I'll probably perform better in the gym like getting 1–2 extra reps.
And why do people say that a certain amount of creatine can lead to a cognitive boost? The reason is that your brain also uses creatine as an energy source. Studies suggest it may improve short-term memory and mental fatigue especially in people who are sleep deprived or don't eat much meat, so there's actually some truth to it.
And let's say I hit my goal, I can just stop taking it, no?. It will slowly fade away. I'm not going to take creatine for the rest of my life, obviously, since I'm not going to keep spending money on the same supplement for years. And when you stop, your body just returns to its natural creatine baseline within a few weeks.
As for people who say "just eat food creatine is found in meat anyway" others argue that supplements provide a much higher more concentrated dose, meaning you don't need to eat large amounts of meat to hit the same levels. That part is also true you'd need to eat around 1kg of beef daily to match a standard 5g creatine supplement dose. So?

Creatine?I belive you have to sacrifice something in your life to achieve something, for example I want to have a good physique then I will go to gym and ( good point) --> I will eat raw priaml food at the same time why wouldnt it be optimal
